It was 23’s, but I have made the bold transition to 25’s. It was a big step.
4 – Genesis Equlibrium, Van Nicholas Amazon Ti, Cannondale Bad Boy, Orange Carb-O which is currently in bits…still counts though.
My genesis equilibrium is a belter, classic mechanics bike put together from various parts all topped off with a pair of salvaged carbon bars cut down to hill sprint format. It is my rapid commuter and gloriously frankensteinian.
My Ortlieb messenger pro back pack. It has all the room you need, is very comfortable, fully waterproof and bright orange. It has lasted me close to 10 years now and innumerable KM’s all over the world.
I had a great time riding from the shop in Saltmarket, through Mugdock and out past carbeth, all off road thanks to Barry and his savvy Garmin route planning. He even gave me a shot of his lovely campagnolo ekar equipped gravel machine.
I’ve got my eyes on a Pinarello Grevil, or a Whyte 9 series hard tail.
